Returns & Exchanges

At Everything 420, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the item was defective.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, include the RMA form, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
